The 2006 Edward S. Rosenblum Foundation was created to help fund 501(c)(3) organizations.

Our priorities are:

  1. Funding programs which improve the reading skills of individuals who have trouble reading.
  2. Funding programs that provide underprivileged youth with the opportunity to learn the game of golf and play the game of golf.

In addition to funding programs that promote the above two priorities, the Foundation may from time-to-time, fund other charitable, educational, literary, or other scientific activity for the benefit of entities or individuals residing in the Pennsylvania counties of Snyder, Union, Northumberland, and Montour.

Grant applications must be submitted by US Postal Service First Class Mail to the following address:

REVIEW OF APPLICANT’S REQUEST


No funding can be given without a written application being received.  The Application shall consist of the completed Project Profile that is available on this website, an Independent Audit Report, and a copy of the 501 (c)(3) IRS Determination Letter. The Foundation will review the application and make a determination to fund or deny the request for funding.

Note:   Representatives of the Foundation may request an opportunity to schedule a site visit or may request additional information.

FINAL EVALUATION, DECISION, AND NOTIFICATION
TO APPLICANTS:


Following review of all documentation submitted by the applicant, a final decision will be made on whether or not to grant funding. The applicant will be notified of the final decision.
